(TSX-V: MTO) "Metanor" wants to recall the expiration delay on March 31, 2007 to exercise the purchase warrant issued with reference to the private placements closed on March and June 2005. (See press release disclosed on August 28, 2006). Holders of these purchase warrants that wish to exercise them must do so prior to March 31, 2007, expiration delay of said warrants.
