We see WTI crude oil futures up again today (+1.19%). From the March 27th low, oil prices have rallied $6 or around 14 %. The oil price is hitting an important resistance line today, so a small pullback may occur.
Gold futures also tested the waters below $1,250 this morning, only to bounce back above that level. All other major metals are down big today, but gold is holding up. Gold, bonds, and Yen still seem to be a safe-haven trade, as the S&P 500 futures are down today. Gold put in a very bearish candlestick pattern on Friday but hasn't quite been convincing on the bear side as of late.
S&P 500 is showing interesting movement today; the futures got up to 2363.25, but are in the red now at 2350. If they stay below 2340, they could head to test 2300 soon.
